Terms and Conditions

Being part of the ANIMAGE TOYZ STUDIO (ATS) dealership account holder, you will be bound by these terms and conditions as shown under.  (It is ATS policy to continuously review and improve the terms and conditions applied. All terms and conditions at here stipulated are subject to change without prior notice.)   Dealership Account Requirement How To Order Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Price Bargain Returns, Cancellation And Exchange Policies Currency In Used How To Pay Supply Quantity Deposit Method Shipping & Delivery General Process of Taking Orders Stock Quantity Shown As 'For Online Catalog Only' We Can Not Do Business In These Cases Custom Declaration Policies   "Dealership Account Requirement" 1.1.  Dealership account only available for licensed company and not applicable in personal. 1.2.  Copy of valid legal trading license. 1.3.  As all ATS items will be offered in wholesale price basis and ATS require RM5,000 of minimum order for the first shipment*.  However this amount is applicable to the first batch of order(s) only.  And for the following order(s) will require RM500 of minimum order(s) in each shipment.    (* All pre-order items are not take in count.) 1.4.  ATS reserve the absolute right to terminate a dealership facility without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof to the respective dealer, when the situation fell into the following ethics:- 1.4.1  A dealership account 3 months continuously without active,  1.4.2  Price war with others toys retailer(s), 1.4.3  Bad name to ANIMAGE TOYZ STUDIO or ANIMAGETOYZ DOT COM, 1.4.4  Review or exposed any kind from any part of ATS marketing plan and cost price structure to other parties. 1.5.  ATS shall also reserve the absolute right to approve and reject any applicants as ATS deems fit without assigning any reason thereof.   "How To Order" 2.1.  Whatever items want to order with ATS will need a Purchase Order (P.O.) in prior.  Or else, stock allocation will not be guaranteed. 2.2.  Order(s) by email, please write into info@animagetoyz.com.  And order by fax, please fax into (+6)088-438-268. 2.3.  All orders in oral instruction will not be encouraged. 2.4.  For stock enquiries, please call (+6)016-836-8918.   "Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)" 3.1.  Each wholesale products will have to order follow by ATS pre-set MOQ conditions.  It is either order by 'pairs' or 'sets' in minimum or by 'carton' in maximum.   For further information, please call (+6)016-836-8918.   "Price Bargain" 4.1.  ATS do the very best to offer all items at the lowest price possible, and all items price offered are final.  Therefore, unless there was a calculation errors due by ATS.  Or else, ATS will not accept any price bargain upon the price quoted.   "Returns, Cancellation And Exchange Policies" 5.1.  This is a non-negotiable conditions, whatever items had been ordered by ATS's dealer will be checked and verified** by ATS stock department before call for send out.  Therefore unless there was a technical errors of item shortage*** while packing due by ATS ownselves.  Or else, ATS is strictly not accept or entertain any kind or any form of goods returns, cancellation of orders and product exchange claims****. **    Invoice will be sent out either by fax or email.  And phone call will be made to the dealer(s) for final verification before delivery. ***   When goods received, if found item shortage, please contact ATS immediately within 48 hours or 2 working days.  And please fax back the invoice and clearly stated out the shortage         item(s).  ATS will re-send the said shortage item(s), once ATS have determinate the errors that was caused by ATS ownselves. **** All goods ordered once had been confirmed. And it will cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged for other goods or cash equivalent.   "Currency In Used" 6.1.  All payments must made in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR / RM) only.   "How To Pay" 7.1.  ATS only accept payment make in  Money Order, Banker Cheque (Bank Draft), Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Money Transfer (Western Union)  or Cash Deposit. 7.2.  Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Cash Deposit into ATS's Public Bank Berhad   Account. Name of Bank :  PUBLIC BANK BERHAD Branch                              :  KOTA KINABALU, SABAH, EAST MALAYSIA Account No. :  3134524210 Swift Code :  PBBEMYKL Account Name  :  ANIMAGE TOYZ STUDIO   7.3.  We do not accept credit card for these entire dealership program. 7.4.  Dealer(s) shall pay for all banking transaction charges / fees. 7.5.  Fax back the online banking slip to +(6)088-438 268 or email to ATS the banking slip reference no. to info@animagetoyz.com. 7.6.  If ATS's dealer would like to send the Banker Cheque or Money Transfer through Western Union to ATS,  please make it to the following address:- BARNABAS CHONG Animage Toyz Studio Asia City Complex, Phase IIA, Suite G66, Ground Floor, Jalan Tun Razak, Star City, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.  East Malaysia.              To know more about Western Union   "Supply Quantity" For General Circumstances: 8.1.  All ordered items will be shipped out immediately once ATS have confirmed the stocks' availability in hand (upon full payment received) 8.2.  If the dealer(s) orders or pre-orders are not sufficient in quantity for the first batch of shipment.  Then, ATS will ship the balance quantity of order in next batch of shipment.  And of course,          ATS will bill it separately. For Special Circumstances: 8.3.  In toys industries, sometimes toys manufacturers and toys suppliers are unable to stick on to their stipulated schedule of new stock release and delivery.  Even unable to fulfill the          promises on quantity of orders.  So in such a case, ATS also cannot 'guarantee' to the dealer(s) will be having their desired quantity of orders in all times.  But no matter what, ATS will          only work with those dependable, reliable and timely suppliers to protect the dealer(s) profits.  But please bear in mind that those specific market situation are beyond ATS control             territory.          8.4.  All types of popular items from major toys manufacturers are originally produced very limited stocks in their first production.  Even if they expect very large popularity before their          production.  This is the most difficult situation for this market and beyond the control territory.  So, ATS will not accept any cancellation due to this situation even if the orders are not          come at all, unless ATS had been informed by the manufacturers and suppliers that the said products ordered had been cancelled due to certain unexpected circumstances.  Or else,          ATS need all the dealers' kind understanding and be patience for this kind of situation.   "Deposit Method" Minimum Deposit: 9.1.  A minimum deposit of 50% will be imposed for certain high range pre-order item(s) or special limited item(s) that was not listed in ATS official website.  And / or which will be involved         on-line research or making oversea phone call request.  In this case, the said order(s) will ONLY be secured when the minimum deposit requirement had been deposited to ATS's bank         account (Public Bank Berhad: 3134524210) by the time of order. 9.2.  If deposit method is require for such an item(s), ATS will inform the dealer(s) by the time of order.   "Shipping & Delivery" 10.1.  For this dealership segment, ATS will not provide any kind of courier service facilities.  As all ATS items were offered in a very low price to get generate a higher profit margin for the            dealer(s).  Shipping cost and custom duty taxes will become the major factor by getting the cost price rise-up.  And the best solution ATS can get are let the dealer(s) to use their own            courier agent to end this segment. 10.2.  If the dealer(s) have any queries or difficulties about this term offered, please contact ATS management team at (+6)016-836-8918 to work out the best solution possible that ATS            can get. 10.3.  If the dealer(s) would like to use ATS's own courier agents will be as followed:- DHL Worldwide Express for international / domestic Pos Malaysia Berhad (Poslaju) for domestic only   "General Process Of Taking Orders" 11.1.  Most of the orders are processed on the very next working day after the dealer(s) had pasted an order.  When an order received, ATS will first check for the stock availability.  And follow            up by open invoice to bill it to dealer(s) either by fax or by email.  As soon as, ATS had received the full payment from the dealer(s) either by cash and / or by cheque* (has been cleared.            ATS will immediately call the dealer(s) to collect their packing orders. (generally, this process will need 3~5 working days to generate.)   11.2.  If there is a pre-order item(s) or under re-stock item(s) in the dealer(s) order list.  To avoid delays, please paste separate order(s) for item(s) that is currently in stock item(s) and item            (s) that is listed as pre-order item(s) or under re-stock item(s). *  order(s) will only be confirmed upon clearance of payment.   "Stock Quantity Shown As 'For Online Catalog Only' To know more about 'Indicator Bars' means   "We Can Not Do Business In These Cases" 13.1.  Country which is having geographical shipping restrictions and / or customs clearance restrictions.   "Custom Declaration Policies" 14.1.  ATS declare the FULL PURCHASE PRICE (not including shipping or any fees of custom duty taxes or transaction charges)  14.2.  ATS will mark all items as ' TOYS ' on the customs declaration and invoice. 14.3.  ATS will not responsible for any packing damaged / confiscated / duty taxes / tariffs / delays incurred by the dealers' side custom declaration.  All these custom and postal regulation            shall direct refer to dealers' respective country custom and postal department before making any order(s).   Thanks for having your time, it is our sincere hope to invite all interested parties will join with us in this happy and joyful business.  May we take the opportunity of thanking all our existing dealers and business associates for their continued support. ------ ATS Management Team
